p.s. I've also been trying to upload a super cute video of the girls dancing together to Christmas music - but it's so stinkin' big that I can't get it to upload. Anyone know how to make that thing smaller?

Okay....I finally get it! You're right Angela!
MMMMM... Chocolate! You should have a free copy of "Windows Movie Maker" on your computer somewhere if you use windows. Import the movie into that program, drag it to the film strip on the bottom of the window and then export the movie to a file that is smaller and has a different name so you don't loose your original video.
